“As a doctor I worked long hours including nights and weekends. As I chose to spend my spare time with my husband and/or friends, my admin work had taken a back seat. Over the years my paperwork had built up until it became a task too big to overcome on my own. I had boxes of papers that had to be filed or shredded.
